The income the Coalition receives from membership dues is essential to its financial sustainability; however, no individual or organization will be denied membership because of inability to pay. Please contact us to arrange for a fee reduction or fee waiver.

Influence the Coalition’s Direction. As a CEGV Member, your organization plays an active role in shaping how the Coalition advances its mission across King County.
Voting Rights
Nominate and vote representatives to the Board of Directors who make key decisions that shape CEGV’s governance and priorities.
Strategic Input
Provide direct input into the Coalition’s strategic planning, budget, and policy direction.
Collaborative Advocacy & Systems Change. CEGV Members are essential partners in policy advocacy and systems coordination to address and prevent gender-based violence.
Regional Advocacy Platform
Help craft and advance CEGV’s annual policy priorities focused on housing, legal systems, healthcare, language access, and immigrant/refugee rights.
Policy Campaigns
Join coordinated efforts to influence local budget and policy.
Systems Engagement
Participate in cross-sector convenings with public systems (e.g. courts, human services, public health) to improve survivor access and equity.
Centering Equity & Collective Power. Membership connects you to a coalition that unapologetically centers racial equity, survivor leadership, and the unique needs of BIPOC, immigrant, refugee, and LGBTQIA+ communities
Values-Aligned Advocacy
Collaborate on work that resists criminalization, amplifies underrepresented communities, and supports culturally rooted healing.

Cross-Issue Solidarity
Work alongside housing justice, disability justice, and language access advocates toward shared goals.
Member-Only Training & Support. With CEGV’s support, build your organization’s capacity with tailored training, technical assistance, and peer learning grounded in anti-oppression.
Free and Discounted Trainings
Access member-only training and in-person workshops on a range of topics including trauma-informed practices, anti-racism, survivor-centered care, and culturally specific advocacy.
Organizational Support
Receive technical assistance from CEGV staff in areas like coordinated entry, housing navigation, civil legal systems, and crisis response.
Peer Learning Spaces
Participate in facilitated spaces for BIPOC advocates, legal navigators, housing providers, and other peer cohorts.
Shared Resources and Community Building. CEGV membership fosters a strong, inclusive community of providers working in partnership for survivor justice.
Coalition Meetings
Attend monthly and/or quarterly Coalition meetings for updates, shared learning, and collective strategy building.
Resource Exchange
Share and access promising practices, funding opportunities, and survivor-centered materials.
