This report provides a summary of input from over 100 stakeholders about
community-based domestic violence and sexual assault services and service needs
in the City of Seattle. Stakeholders included providers of domestic violence, sexual
assault and other community-based services, people who have experienced these forms of violence (“survivors”), and many others in related fields. The compiled
input and associated recommendations are intended to be a resource for the
development of the City’s domestic violence and sexual assault prevention
investment plan, as well as for programs throughout the region. The City of Seattle’s
Human Services Department (HSD) funded the report.
