In 2016, CEGV (along with our Project Partners – (King County Superior Court, King County Protection Order Advocacy Program, Family Law CASA, King County Bar Foundation, LifeWire, and Northwest Justice Project) was awarded Justice for Families funding from the Federal Justice Department Office on Violence Against Women to develop and implement the Intimate Partner Violence Impact Assessment (IPVIA). The IPVIA provides step-by-step guidance for evaluators and emphasizes the importance of accounting for DV throughout the evaluation process.
