Domestic Violence Coordinated Housing Access Point – Housing Assessment
This housing assessment is used within the DVCHAP system to determine housing placement as DV housing becomes available. This assessment is meant to be a guided conversation, with questions about strengths, barriers and resources as it relates to domestic violence and housing. This assessment is submitted via Dropbox Portal to the housing provider.
