The 2026 King County Trans Resource & Referral Guide launch party brought our community together at KEXP for an evening rooted in joy, connection, and taking up space. Our wonderful host, Versace Doll, challenged us to show up boldly and unapologetically, while trans-femme R&B artist Morgan Britt opened the evening with her sultry sound and immediately captivated the audience.
Guests could receive trans-themed tattoos from local tattoo artist Leaf Morel and tarot readings from our very own advisory board member, Goddexx Syd. Community-based organizations, healthcare providers, and service providers connected directly with attendees, shared resources, and helped bring the guide’s purpose to life.
After months of hard work, it was beautiful to see the guide welcomed with so much excitement and love. The launch was more than a celebration—it was a reminder that trans people deserve spaces where we can be informed, supported, joyful, and fully present.
