The ballots have been counted and over 69% of voters approved the Vet’s Seniors & Human Services Levy (VSHSL)!

As you may know, the Coalition endorsed the VSHSL due to it being the largest source of County funding for our region’s gender-based violence programs and the importance of this funding to the larger network of services survivors rely on, such as housing, senior centers, services for veterans, prevention programs and much more.

We are thrilled that so many of our neighbors and community members showed their support for the VSHSL at the ballot box!

We want to share appreciation and thanks to all the folks in our community who engaged with our advocacy efforts to ensure this critical source of funding for gender-based violence was sustained!
