The Coalition Ending Gender-Based Violence and our Justice for Families partners are conducting a survey for family law litigants who are survivors of domestic violence. We need (and will greatly appreciate) your help!
Our goal is to identify what was helpful and what was not when creating a parenting plan within the family court process. From there, we’ll develop best practices and policies that improve the outcomes for families impacted by domestic violence. Your experiences and responses to the survey will help us do just that!
This survey is intended for individuals who have experienced domestic violence (as defined by RCW 7.105) and have had a Parenting Plan filed in King County Superior Court any time between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2024. The survey will be accessible until March 28, 2025 and responses are anonymous.
