The Mental Health Therapist provides domestic violence informed individual counseling and survivor-driven, trauma-informed services for individuals that have experienced intimate partner violence being perpetrated onto them. API CHAYA Japanese-Speaking Survivor Advocate

API Chaya is seeking a Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Survivor Advocate who will work within API Chaya’s DV/SA Program to provide intensive case management and crisis intervention to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Advocate should excel at survivor-centered advocacy, managing competing priorities, and facilitating access to services for clients as well as building relationships within and communicating effectively with diverse communities and partners.

Broadview Domestic Violence Program Director

The Domestic Violence Program Director is responsible for overseeing operations of all services, including supervision of the 24-hour staff team and development and oversight of the department budget. The Director is also part of the on-call team evenings and weekends one to two weeks per month and provides back up support to supervisory on-call staff as needed.

Shelter Advocate-Swing Shift

This full time Shelter Advocate position provides trauma-informed domestic violence advocacy services for Survivors of domestic violence residing in Shelter and in South King County. Sensitive to the emotions and experiences of Survivors, the Advocate at Shelter performs crisis intervention, safety planning, resource/information and advocacy-based counseling. This person is a motivated, energetic, and quick learner driven to end violence in our communities.
Shift: 4/10s, Wed-Sat 12pm-10pm.
