Strong relationships within our communities have the potential to increase our capacity both individually and systemically. We hope to make this work more sustainable to better organize and meet survivor needs, fill gaps in services, and to share the joys and burdens of the systems we work within.
Our intention is to provide a space for advocates to explore and imagine what a stronger, more collective system might look like in our work, while collaboratively creating stronger connections to increase individual capacity.
The first meeting will include further explanation of our intention for this space, but will primarily center around advocate feedback and processing time as we work on the co-creation of this space.
Our loose agenda includes:
12:00pm – Lunch and Mingling
12:30pm – Introduction to the space and guiding questions
12:45pm – Self-guided community building, care, and processing time- verbal, visual, and written
1:30 pm – Large group discussion and feedback
