We are excited to invite you to Frequency of Care, the official launch celebration for the 2026 King County Trans Resource & Referral Guide, taking place on June 20, 2026, at KEXP Gathering Space.
Over the past year, community members, service providers, advocates, artists, and organizations from across King County have come together to help shape this guide. What emerged is more than a reflection of the relationships, knowledge, and systems of care that sustain trans and gender-diverse communities every day.
At a time when transgender communities are facing increasing barriers to healthcare, housing, safety, legal support, and basic needs, access to trusted information and community connections has never been more important. This guide exists because of the collective efforts of people and organizations who continue to show up for our communities.
Frequency of Care is an opportunity to celebrate that work together.
The evening will feature live performances by trans artists, interactive storytelling, community activations, food and beverages, and opportunities to connect with the many community members, & organizations helping make care possible throughout our region.
Most importantly, this event is a chance to honor the collective network of care represented in these pages and to recognize the people behind the resources.
We hope you will join us in celebrating this milestone and the shared commitment to ensuring trans communities have access to the support, services, and connections they deserve.
